• Each unit is unfurnished, but does come with clothes washer/dryer & major kitchen appliances (refrigerator, range, garbage disposal)

• Tenant is responsible for electricity & water/sewer, and internet & cable TV as desired

• Cosigner/Guarantor (usually a parent) will be required

• Very small pets, eg., fish, hamster, snake, should be OK. Sorry, but no larger pets like dogs or cats.

• Chancellor Square does not have a central leasing office: all units are individually owned. This website is owned and operated by the owner of units A2 and D10.
