Availability

• Units A2 and D10 are leased through May 2027

• Chancellor Square does not have a central leasing office: all units are individually owned. Units other than A2 and D10 may be available.

• Please do not disturb the current tenants.

Rent/Lease

• Rent: to be determined

• Rent includes garbage collection & recycling, but not electricity or water/sewer

• First month's rent is due as certified funds upon signing the lease

Security Deposit

• One month's rent

• Deposit due as certified funds upon signing the lease

Other

• No smoking

• Each unit is unfurnished, but does come with clothes washer/dryer & all major kitchen appliances

• Tenant is responsible for electricity & water/sewer, and internet & cable TV as desired

• Cosigner/Guarantor (usually a parent) will likely be required

• Very small pets, eg., fish, hamster, snake, should be OK. Sorry, but no larger pets like dogs or cats.
