Electricity Shutoff

The circuit panel is on the wall next to the front door: switch off the desired circuit breaker(s).

GFCI Circuits

Outlet: Is Protected by GFCI Outlet:

W wall of kitchen (incl refrigerator) & outlet to R of kitchen sink SW corner of LR

N wall of kitchen, incl disposal, & NW outlet of LR right of range

Water Shutoff

The main valve is beneath the back bathroom sink, the handle on the right: 

• gently rotate the handle upward 90 degrees to vertical (perpendicular to the water pipe) to close; 

• gently rotate the handle downward to horizontal (parallel to the water pipe) to open.

Bedroom Light Switches (be each door)

Front bedroom: the switch controls the top receptacle of the outlet of the wall opposite the door

Back bedroom: the switch controls the top receptacle of the outlet of the wall with the window

Front Bath Tub/Shower

The hot and cold are reversed: turning the knob counterclockwise makes it colder, and clockwise makes it hotter.
