Easter Weekend – Virtual Spring Camp for Cubs and Scouts

First half of Summer Term

Friday 23rd April – Return to face-to-face meetings with a Wide Game Outside

Friday 30th - Rooftop activities (cubs and Scouts)

Friday 7th May- Treasure hunt wide game (cubs), Mini Hike (scouts)

Friday 14th May - Rooftop map making (cubs), Rooftop tilley lamp engineering (scouts)

Friday 21st - indoor activities TBC (scouts and cubs) & Troop AGM @8pm via Zoom

Friday 28th May - TBC - possible wide game

Second half of Summer Term

Friday 4th June - Investitures and moving on ceremony Plus a cub/scout based Euro 2020 tournament - lets see if the Cubs tournament, or the Scouts tournament predicts the real winner!

Friday 11th June - At the hall

Friday 18th June - At the hall

Friday 25th June - No Cub, Scouts at hall

Friday 2nd July - Wide Games - in the Park

Friday 9th July - TBC

Friday 16th July - TBC

Scouts

Summer camp 2021 will be held from Sunday August 22nd - Thursday August 26th 2021, All scouts invited

Cubs

Updates on residentials/camps in the UK and larger group sizes are expected to be announced in the coming months. Once we have this it is our hope to be able to invite the Cubs along to the Scouts Summer Camp for a shortened overnight camp.

Unfortunately, at the moment this is not possible due to the rules around camping events cross sectors and limited numbers of 30 young people.
