Welcome to the

St. Ignatius Wellness Counseling Department

Here at SI, we recognize that students are faced with complex life circumstances which impact their overall health and well-being. We empower students to cultivate a state of life-long health in mind, body, and spirit through a variety of school-based support services. Wellness staff are available for informal student check-ins, brief individual counseling, group counseling, consultation on all health and wellness related issues, crisis intervention whenever necessary, and off-campus referral coordination.

If you are a parent, teacher, coach, counselor, or friend and are concerned about a SI student, please email or call a Wellness Counselor. You could also discuss the referral process with the student's Personal Academic Counselor.

If you are a student looking for someone to talk to, are interested in learning more about health and wellness, or just need a place to take a break during your Resource Period, please come by and visit us.   We look forward to meeting you when you stop by the Counseling Center!

For further information please contact Ms. Pam Spaulding, LMFT at ext 5293.
