A staff-formed ED&I group, formed in 2022, collects data around demographics, protected characteristics and inclusiveness. The headlines so far:
New events to augment our ED&I culture include Bulgarian egg smashing competition at Easter, and traditional African dress wearing on Fridays. The group are also crushing the menopause taboo through raising awareness and contributing to company policy.
Partnering with the charity Ambitious About Autism, Singer are also creating a more inclusive recruitment strategy by upskilling staff, removing ambiguity from job descriptions and offering candidates reasonable alterations. We encourage applications from all individuals and respect and appreciated differences and unique ways of thinking.
