To me the work/life balance is really important and this is the first place I’ve worked, where this is also valued. When I joined Singer Instruments it was a relatively small family company. Everyone worked well together. Like a family. The satisfaction of our customers was the most important aim 'Responsibility to Science'. Even though the comapany has grown considerably since then and individual departments have been formed we still keep these values. This has become even more apparent during the recent COVID-19 restrictions where great effort has gone into the welfare and support of all of the employees. Every employee of Singer Instruments is not just a number they are important cogs in the wheel and it is regularly communicated to everyone to make sure we all remember it.
