Tangos

Tango is a free chrome extension that "collects" your mouse clicks and type to create a workflow for anything on the web. You can create a collection of these for the "all the time" things that you have students ask you and post them in your google site or a link in Clever.

The sample to the left is the workflow for district registration.

Super easy to use, you may have to adjust some steps or re-write the pre-populated directions it gives but it saves so much time from taking screen shots and writing your own copy.
