Creating The Menu

  1. Create A New Google Slide (slides.new)
  2. Change The Page Setup Size if you would like. (File > Page Setup)
  3. Insert A Background
  4. I like to remove anything on the slide to start with a clean slate, you can also change the layout to a blank slide.
  5. Insert A Title (Insert > Word Art)
  6. Insert Your Table (Insert > Table)
  7. Resize and Format your table.
  8. Put in the names of your menu items.
  9. Create slides for each menu item (in our video we have 4)
  10. Link your menu to each slide by highlighting the text and using Command+K or Control+K to insert a link. Link it to the appropriate slide. Continue for all your menu items.
  11. Add a "home" button to your slides. Insert a image, resize the image, then link the image to slide 1. Copy (Command+C) and Paste (Command+V) on to every slide.

Don't forget to Name Your Slides!
