Screencastify is a Chrome Extension that allows you to screen record or capture your webcam. For the free version you can record 5 minutes. Goes straight to you Google Drive.

**LOOM (Chrome Extension) is another option to try with a similar set up as Screencastify
If you're using macOS Mojave or later, press Shift-Command (⌘)-5 on your keyboard to see onscreen controls for recording the entire screen, recording a selected portion of the screen, or capturing a still image of your screen. You can also record the screen with QuickTime Player instead.
The Chrome extension Screencastify will also allow you to record your webcam or embed it with your screen recording.

By using the options in the bottom left of the window you can choose to take 4 quick photos, one photo, or a video. To start the video press the red camera at the bottom, it will then count you down. After you complete your video use the same button to stop the video. The video will then appear to the right of the window, you can click and drag it from there to your desktop, downloads, or where ever you want.

Just like most apps from Windows, the Camera app from Windows 10 can be launched in multiple ways. One of the fastest methods to start the Camera app is to use the search feature offered by Cortana. Click or tap on Cortana's search box from the taskbar and type in the word camera. Then, click or tap on the Camera app.
To record videos with the Camera app from Windows 10, you first have to switch to Video mode. Click or tap the Video button from the right side of the app's window.
Then, to start recording a video with the Camera app, click or tap the Video button again. Once you start recording a video, the Camera app displays a stopwatch on the bottom of the video, that tells you the time that has passed since you started recording.

After recording/selecting your video it gives you the option to trim >
When you are finished "editing" select Next in the upper right hand corner.
After editing/trimming and selecting next you have the options to title and add a description to your video. You can also select different levels of privacy
When completed, select UPLOAD
After selecting upload the video will process
After Uploading the video will show up in your videos
By selecting the three dots (meatballs) to the right of the video you can then use the share option...
From here you can copy the link, Tweet, Message, or go straight to Gmail with it.
You can also access your videos on a desktop by going to youtube.com, logging in, clicking your picture in the top right, and selecting my channel.
