How did the Erasmus+ experience start for you?
When I learned that our school is looking for people to host the Spanish students, I immediately volunteered as I considered it a very interesting experience.
2. How would you describe the first encounter with your host student?
As soon as Carla arrived at our house, we realized that we had some communication problems. Actually, that was the only problem we had.
3. How did you get along then?
4. How would you describe your overall experience?
We bonded very quickly and talked to each other about the Greek culture. We also learned some things about her country. For example, she taught me how to cook Spanish dishes and generally had a great time together.
I totally believe that it was an amazing experience and I will remember these few days for the rest of my life .

¿CÓMO SE LLAMA? ¿DÓNDE VIVE?
Me llamo Carmen, vivo en Egio pero soy de España, de Tenerife.
¿DE QUÉ ES PROFESORA?
Soy profesora de Español.
¿QUÉ ES LO QUE MÁS LE GUSTA DE SU ASIGNATURA?
Lo que más me gusta de mi trabajo es enseñar a mis alumnos mi lengua y adentrarlos en el mundo de Español
¿POR QUÉ DECIDIÓ SER PROFESORA?
Desde que era pequeña quería ser profesora, tenía una pizarra en mi casa y le daba clases a mis muñecas. Pero fue mi profesor de lengua en el Instituto el que me animó a estudiar Filología.
SI NO FUERA PROFESORA, ¿A QUÉ LE GUSTARÍA DEDICARSE?
Si no fuera profesora, me gustaría ser psicóloga, creo que ayudaría a las personas de esta manera.
¿CREE QUE EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE ES IMPORTANTE?
El desarollo sostenible es importante para El bienestar social y para la preservación del medio ambiente.
¿ES DIFÍCIL SER SOSTENIBLE?
Ser sostenible es difícil en nuestras días porque hay falta de conciencia y educación entre las personas.
¿CREES QUE RECICLAR ES ÚTIL PARA EL MEDIO AMBIENTE?
Reciclar es muy importante porque así evitas que Los productos y materiales se conviertan en residuos y de esta manera protegemos el medio ambiente.
¿RECICLA?
Yo por mi parte reciclo, separo El plástico, El carton, Las latas y Los tiro al contenedor de reciclaje. Además cuando voy al supermercado utilizo bolsa de tela.
¿TE PARECE DIFÍCIL O FÁCIL?
No creo que sea difícil Reciclar, es una costumbre que tiene que formar parte se Nuestra Vida diaria.
¿QUÉ CAMBIOS HARÍAS EN TU CIUDAD PARA AYUDAR AL MEDIO AMBIENTE?
En mi ciudad habría que cambiar muchas cosas; por ejemplo Los contenedores. Deberían existir más contenedores de reciclaje y por supuesto una planta de reciclaje.
¿QUÉ SABES DE LA AI? ¿LA UTILIZA?
La verdad es que he escuchado y ha leído algunas cosas sobre la inteligencia artificial pero no la utilizo de momento.
¿CREE QUE LA AI ES ÚTIL O PELIGROSA PARA LOS ESTUDIANTES?
Creo que la inteligencia artificial es peligrosa para los estudiantes ya que les ofrece todo procesado, listo y les va a hacer menos creativos. Por otro lado, podría crearles adicción.
¿LE PREOCUPA EL DESARROLLO DE LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN EL FUTURO?¿CREE QUE PUEDE SER PELIGROSA?
A mi me preocupa el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial, no sé a dónde nos llevará quizás desaparezcan profesiones a causa de esta y aumentará el número de parados. Me preocupa que no exista un control.

WHAT ARE YOU A TEACHER OF?
I am a Spanish teacher.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR SUBJECT?
What I like most about my job is teaching my students my language and introducing them to the world of Spanish.
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A TEACHER?
Since I was little I wanted to be a teacher, I had a blackboard at home and I taught my dolls. But it was my language teacher at the Institute who encouraged me to study Philology.
IF YOU WEREN'T A TEACHER, WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO FOR A LIVING?
If I wasn't a teacher, I would like to be a psychologist, I think I would help people in this way.
DO YOU THINK SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IS IMPORTANT?
Sustainable development is important for social well-being and for the preservation of the environment.
IS IT HARD TO BE SUSTAINABLE?
Being sustainable is difficult nowadays because there is a lack of awareness and education among people.
DO YOU THINK RECYCLING IS GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?
Recycling is very important because this way you prevent products and materials from becoming waste and in this way we protect the environment.
DO YOU RECYCLE?
I, for my part, recycle, separate plastic, cardboard, cans and throw them in the recycling bin. Also, when I go to the supermarket I use a cloth bag.
DO YOU FIND IT DIFFICULT OR EASY?
I don't think it's difficult to recycle, it's a habit that has to be part of our daily life.
WHAT CHANGES WOULD YOU MAKE IN YOUR CITY TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT?
A lot of things would have to change in my city; for example, containers. There should be more recycling bins and, of course, a recycling factory.
WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT AI? DO YOU USE IT?
The truth is that I've heard and read some things about artificial intelligence but I don't use it at the moment.
DO YOU THINK AI IS USEFUL OR DANGEROUS FOR STUDENTS?
I think artificial intelligence is dangerous for students because it gives them everything processed, ready and it's going to make them less creative. On the other hand, it could be addictive.
ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE FUTURE?
I am concerned about the development of artificial intelligence, I don't know where it will lead us, perhaps professions will disappear because of it and the number of unemployed will increase. I am concerned that there is no control.
