Linguistic Analysis and LESSA Dictionary
Starting in early 2021, a group of Deaf people have been meeting regularly on Zoom to promote linguistic analysis of LESSA (Salvadoran Sign Language). They have been collecting videos of people telling stories of their life and are publishing them on the internet. These express aspects of Deaf life in El Salvador and also will be the foundation for grammatical analysis later. They also have started a video dictionary of LESSA.
