Teachers offering or intending to offer Siena CS dual enrollment courses have the opportunity to take Siena CS courses for college credit with waived tuition or at a reduced tuition rate. We plan to offer three courses in the late afternoons with remote option for teachers. These courses are: CSIS110 Introduction to CS with Python & Multimedia (Fall 2026), CSIS207 Exploring Data, Cyber, and Networking (Spring 2027), and CSIS180 Web Design (Fall 2027). These course credits may count towards the 12 credits necessary for a second certification in NYS through the NYSED independent evaluation pathway. CSIS110 and CSIS180 can also be offered for dual enrollment at high schools. Teachers offering or intending to offer a Siena dual enrollment course can qualify for waived tuition for CSIS110; they can qualify for a reduced tuition of $150 per credit hour for CSIS180 and CSIS207.
