EVERYONE CAN DANCE

(ECD)

This course  meets every other day and satisfies a student's state physical education requirement. No dance experience is necessary to enroll in this course.  ECD meets in the dance studio of WWHS (224).  Students must wear athletic clothing and participate fully.

The course engages students in creative movement activities that enable them to develop their fine motor skills and a deeper understanding of a wide range of movement concepts. Students will learn to express their ideas and feelings through movement as they collaborate with their peers, gain a greater understanding of their bodies and the body-mind connection, and enhance their personal fitness, well-being, and lead healthy lives.
