After October 2024 I will not be using Patreon as a way to collect donations. Instead, please contact me if you would like to make a donation. Some people arrange a monthly bank check sent to my address. Others, prefer to write a personal check. You contact me at mark@shinki.org to discuss how to process a donation. 

After October, all new Patreon donors will be subject to a an Apple fee of 30 per cent. Patreon charged 8 per cent. This is a big change. This means for every dollar you donate, 30 per cent will be eaten up in fees. 

Now, if you are currently a Patreon donor, this change will not affect you. However, the billng cycle, not the processing fee amount might change. You are in effect grandfathered into the new world of Patreon with no change to fees charged.
