Library

Mrs. Laura Schlegel

Mrs. Schlegel is our librarian. The library is a peaceful and quiet place where you can gather information, and if you're younger, listen to interesting stories. The library is a place to pick out books.

Art

Ms. Robinson is our art teacher here at Karigon. Art classes begin in 1st Grade. She allows you to make the art room your own personal space. She listens to your ideas and is open to creativity. She says the art room is a "great way to express yourself." Karigon is lucky to have the biggest art room in the district. It is great for drawing, painting, and even sculpting!

This is our Karigon Art Room! Ms. Robinson helps us make so many creative projects and pictures. We do painting, sculpture, drawing and so much more!

Music

Mrs. Barkley is our music teacher. Music classes begin in 1st Grade. In music we do fun dances and sing songs. In 4th and 5th grade you can learn a string instrument or join the Karigon Chorus. Our band begins in 5th grade. Click here to see our school song!

Physical Education (P.E.)

Coach Decker is our P.E. teacher. P.E. is where we learn about sports like track and field, tennis, hockey, lacrosse and football. We also have a lot of fun in the Karigon gym! Coach Decker teaches us about being fit and healthy, and comes up with fun games for us to play like Cosmic Bowling and Hungry Hungry Hippos. P.E. is one of our favorite classes!
