GP Feedback on Provider Interface Issues
Through joint working between SY ICB, providers, and the LMC, the newly revised GP Feedback Form supports the identification of systemic GP–provider interface issues and drives service improvement. Details of the launch of the new form can be found in Primary Care/Resources folder on the home page of PRESS Portal.
