Art van on the road

The University of Sheffield is entering into a joint venture with the Site Gallery to utilise their converted Peugeot Boxer. The bus has been used by the Site Gallery at events like the Folk Festival at Endcliffe Park to provide exploration of art through interactive activities.

Peugeot Boxer

The long wheel base Peugeot Boxer has a capacity of 13m³ with side and rear access doors. Rear seats have been removed and the interior has been lined with carpet and is currently being used as a shaded room to project film. The van has been fitted with a leisure battery capable of powering 3D printers, laptops, projector and VR headsets for several hours.
