Cancellation and Refund Policy:
To cancel and request a refund, please email sysmus23@sheffield.ac.uk with your full name and order ID. Refund requests must be submitted by 6th October 2023 to be eligible.
Conference Fee Bursary Application (SysMus 23)
The Conference Fee Bursary is designed to support self-funded/unwaged delegates to cover the cost of attending the SysMus23 conference. The Conference Fee Bursary will cover the cost of early-bird registration.
All entries for the Conference Bursary must be received by 31 July 2023, 5pm (GMT) without exception.
The Conference Bursary monies are generously donated in the spirit of inclusion and equity by the Institute for Psychoacoustics and Electronic Music (IPEM) Research Group at Ghent University (Belgium) who organised SysMus22 last year.
Application Narrative
Please provide a narrative of no more than 500 words in support of your application. Statement of need and potential professional and personal development should be addressed within your narrative.
Your narrative will be submitted for anonymous review, so please avoid any identifying information (e.g., names, institutions, etc.).
