We are happy to share any published genetic lines that can be easily bulked.
Please note that when genotyping herk1 the primers can cross amplify HERK2 or THE1 if a low annealing temperature is used. For the primers published in Galindo-Trigo et al. EMBO Reports 2020, we use an annealing temperature of 65°C.
We are willing to share any plasmids that are not subject to an MTA. Plasmids will typically be sent dried on a piece of filter paper.
