ARCH live project was a collaboration with artists Simon Birch & Trish O’Shea, who produce installations which combine visual art, dance and music and are sited in non-conventional places and situations. The brief for the project to develop a proposal for a public performance art/architecture installation in Sheffield.
The students worked closely with artist Trish O’Shea, choreographer Simon Birch, and dancers, to formulate ideas and create designs for a transformable, changing space for performance that could incorporate film, sound, projection and include the presence of the audience in a variety of ways.
The final installation took place at Persistence Works on 3rd November.
