Today, about 30% of graduates find themselves working jobs that are not only below their skills level but also don’t require a degree, leading to concerns about overeducation. Well, why is this the case? Is it due to a shortage of high-skilled jobs overall, or only in certain regions and industries? Or could it be a mismatching issue and graduates are simply just not finding the jobs that are suited to them? But most importantly, whose fault is it? Graduates? The Government? Organisations?
