Project Overview

This pilot project aims to address the priority area of research culture, specifically focusing on the development of existing researcher development programmes and research leadership. Through this project, we seek to enhance the effectiveness of research programmes and equip researchers with the necessary skills to lead and conduct successful research projects. In doing so, we aim to foster a culture of excellence in research and promote the growth and success of the academic community.
