What: This interactive workshop aims to inspire researchers through inspiring successful case studies on research excellence. Training around research excellence and how to write a 4* paper will be provided. Researchers will have the opportunity to share their 100-word impact statement and network with other researchers.

Who: The First part of the seminar is led by Dr Rola Saad to encourage community building among students and engage in discussions that promote positive research culture over an interactive game. The second part of the seminar will build on this knowledge to learn about effective collaboration, a session delivered by the DICE Project Lead Prof. Rachel P Horn. The third part of the seminar is a student-centred activity, which allows participants to learn more about the inclusive research culture via a "Snakes and Ladders" board game.
What: This interactive seminar aims to encourage PGR researchers to engage in open discussions and share experiences to comprehend the significance of a supportive environment. Emphasising inclusivity's role in generating innovative outcomes, the seminar showcased its potential through interdisciplinary collaborations. Based on and modified from "Snakes and Ladders", the accompanying board game enhanced students' understanding by providing an immersive experience that encouraged teamwork and creative problem-solving.
