Lessons learnt from Researcher Entrepreneurship Residential Workshop will be shared with the Faculty of Engineering, benefitting other departments wishing
to attempt similar initiatives.

Students will learn how to approach research with impact and innovation in mind, leading to more 4 star papers, patents being filed, more spinouts, and potential early career grants.

Students will learn more about what an inclusive research culture is and gain insights into how to build an inclusive research community with openness, respect and transparency.

Via engaging in various interactive seminars and workshops, students can have the opportunity to share and discuss their experiences in their academic journey.
