• Inclusion

As a team, inclusion is crucial. We think it is important that every member of the team is heard and valued.

• Trust

Since working together we have become friends and we know we can trust each other to do the work we say we will, or to let the others know if there is some reason we can’t.

• Flexibility

Sometimes things come up, which could prevent us from working on the project. If that happens, we try to find a way around that as a team, to either remove the obstacle or give the person the time they need away from the project.

• Proactivity

If something needs doing, we volunteer to work on that part of the project. If there’s an aspect that we like to work on, we let the team know and try to make it happen.

• Diversity

Diversity in engineering is important to us. The focus of this project is that anyone can become an engineer, no matter who you are. Differences are celebrated.
