Literacy Program - It provides opportunities for children, youth and adult to enhance their literacy skills.
Components:
Child Development Activity- Deals with the holistic formation of children in the Communities; physically, spiritually, socially, emotionally & intellectually for the children to have a greater motivation in schooling.
Community-based and school-based tutorial sessions and other related activities.
2. Community Development Program - This program focuses on developing, assisting and empowering Filipino families and communities equipping them with necessary values, attitudes and skills.
Components:
Spiritual/Vincentian Formation - programs that inculcate Christian/Vincentian values, knowledge of God and the application of the teachings of Christ in real situation.
Capacity building - It deals with the empowering people with knowledge, attitude, skills, values enhancement through seminars, trainings, transfer of technologies, etc. Community organizing- the core strategy in forming BECs. It consists of five phases. The organizing process will last for about five to six years.
Livelihood and Cooperative Development - Programs that promotes income-generating activities and employment, values of savings and cooperative formation.
Care for the Elderly - program that provides care and support for senior citizens in areas of health, livelihood and recreation.
Crisis Intervention/ Support Services - this addresses the needs of persons or communities in emergency situation.
Housing Assistance -This is the provision of loan assistance for lot purchase and house construction to deserving families.
3. Social Concerns and Advocacy -This program promotes a greater understanding of Social justice and advocate positive change in society and the lives served.
Components:
Care for Creation - it deals with taking responsibly the care of environment for its protection and sustainability.
Current Issues (Relief Operation, etc.) - Positive responsive action on issues that affects the lives of individuals, groups and communities.
Education and awareness campaign on HIV/AIDS- develop public awareness on the prevention of HIV & AIDS.
Justice & Peace- Fosters peaceful, creative and collaborative actions in creating a unified communities or society.
