COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM - A unit that integrates and consolidates all the initiatives and resources within the school for an effective and well-coordinated delivery of extension services to the target communities. It's vision and mission is translated into 4-core programs of services. These are matched with the identified needs of the target communities/groups and shall be the basis of the nature extension service program to be delivered to the communities/groups.

VISION - MISSION
The Community Outreach Program of Sacred Heart College is centered on Vincentian spirituality, serving Christ in the persons of the poor and of God's creation through transformative development processes leading towards social justice and peace.
GOALS
We commit ourselves to:
1. Systematically coordinate, facilitate and establish working & sustaining communities through active involvement of the academic community.
2. Audaciously implement community-based driven projects & strengthen support from stakeholders and other partner agencies.
3. Courageously pursue innovative approach in community building through Vincentian formation, leadership training and income generating projects.
4. Conscientiously facilitate learning activities towards liberate and transformative programs and services through relevant trainings and transfer of technology.
