DEVELOPING OUR PROGRAM GOALS
The Sharyland High School counseling program goals were developed by gathering data from our needs assessments, discipline reports, attendance committee reports, campus report card, failure reports and through observation. We then developed SMART goals to address the needs that were determined to be critical to the success of our students and our campus. These goals are the driving force for our Comprehensive School Counseling Program.
EVALUATING OUR PROGRAM GOALS
During the 2022-2023 school year, the Sharyland High School Counseling team assessed our students and parents to determine the effectiveness of our program supports and overall campus needs for the upcoming semester and year. Using data from our needs assessment, feedback from teachers, parents, and community members, adjustments were made to our counseling program to better serve our students, staff and community.
