This is information about the Tulpehocken Creek.
We will be doing water chemistry. The are data tables to fill out.
We will be collecting and documenting Macroinvertebrates. There are data tables to fill out.
We will be collecting fish by using fishing rods.
What to wear:
Rubber boots and hiking shoes or boots , if possible. It will probably be muddy. Some students might want to wade in the shallow parts of the creek. Waders may also be brought.
Pack a lunch
Bring a light jacket. We will stay in a light rain. It can be cold in the morning.
Bring a small towel if you are wading.
Bring you own fishing rod and tackle if you want. We have these for you if not. Remove all hooks when traveling.
