Student Email

Starting June 2021 Google and email accounts are changing District wide. The previous Google account of studentlogin@shaler.us will now be studentlogin@shalerarea.org. The District had multiple accounts for students, teachers and staff; in an effort to consolidate and better improve integration between Infinite Campus and Google, we have changed all students and staff to use the new @shalerarea.org domain.

Along with the Google account change, for students, their Gmail is being migrated to Office 365 Outlook Email. Students can still access their old Gmail accounts for archival and retrieval purposes through November 2021, however, students can no longer receive nor should they send new email from that account. All new email will be sent to their Office 365 account. This can be accessed using the following link:

As stated above, the new student username will be studentlogin@shalerarea.org | For instance smithj22@shalerarea.org

Their password will stay the same as they were previously. By default a students password is: sa.studentidnumber | for example sa.990720
