Exploring Mingjian Tea Culture — A Student Presentation 

Experience the elegance and tradition of Taiwanese tea through two student-produced videos, each presented by a different class.

Both videos offer a comprehensive introduction to:

• The tea utensils used in traditional Taiwanese tea brewing

• The story and characteristics of Mingjian tea, a famous local variety

• A step-by-step guide on how to brew tea properly

• The art of tea tasting, including aroma, flavor, and etiquette

Through these creative and educational videos, our students share their understanding of Taiwan’s tea heritage, while practicing presentation and communication skills.
