This week in Home Economics class, students had a special treat: a heartwarming baking session with our British teacher, who introduced everyone to a beloved tradition — classic English scones.

The lesson began with the teacher shㄋㄠowing students how to make plain scones, sharing not only the recipe but also the cultural story behind this well-loved afternoon tea snack.

Then came the fun part — adding their own creative twist! Each group chose different ingredients to mix into their scones: M&M’s, ham, cheese, raisins, marshmallows, chocolate sauce, pineapple chunks, and more.
