Our next NJHS meeting will take place on Tuesday, Nov 4th from 2:30-3:30pm (Please note: this is a 1st Tuesday of the month meeting due to the Veteran's Day holiday.)
NJHS Tutoring will take place on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS starting October 7 and continuing through May 7.

FAM House Trunk or Treat Challenge
Houses did a great job putting their trunks together! We were all so impressed! Faculty and Staff will vote for their favorite trunk next week to determine who walks away with the win for this November Challenge!

CHESS CLUB: Will be on TUESDAYS and starts up Oct 7-Dec 9
BIBLE STUDY with Miss St. Jean: THURSDAYS...Refer to the Weekly Walkthru to sign up.
DRAMA CLUB: MONDAYS and WEDNESDSAYS...Refer to the Google Classroom for important dates and reminders on when rehearsals are happening and who should attend.
CYO BASKETBALL: Please reach out to the coach for any schedule or practice questions.
SACRED MUSIC CHOIR: Students must attend MONDAYS after school rehearsals to sing in school Mass Choir. A field trip form went home with members re: a nursing home singing adventure happening in November.

A Special Prayer Before Bedtime
Heavenly Father, hear my bedtime prayer.
For everything I enjoyed today, thank you.
For the kindness and help I received from others, thank you.
For the good choices I made today, thank you.
For the times I did something wrong, forgive me.
For the times I hurt others, forgive me
and help me to be better tomorrow.
Stay with me through the night, so I can wake up tomorrow ready to face the day with you by my side.
Amen!

As the day draws to a close, Lord, I ask for your grace as I reflect upon this day.
Where have I seen light in this day?
Where have I seen hope in this day?
In whom did I see the face of Christ today?
Where might I have missed the face of Christ?
When did I feel called to meet the burdens of others?
When did I have the courage to allow others to meet me in my own burdens?
In gratitude, Lord, for all of the ways you have been faithful to me today, I pray all of these things in the name of your Son, Christ, Our Teacher.
Amen.
