Resources for Youth/Teens
UCLA provides free guided meditations online. Guided meditations offer a structured way for you to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus, and promote emotional balance through the process of relaxation and sel-awareness.
Here's a video that guides you about how you can help yourself if you have a panic attack. It can also be used any time you are feeling highly stressed or anxious so it's a good idea to watch just to know what you can do to help yourself or a friend.

AMAZE: This site has a lot of videos about growing up such as puberty, healthy relationships, and personal safety.ย
Nemours Teen Health: This site contains a wide variety of information relating to your health. You can find information about nutrition, exercise, health conditions, mind (mental health), stress, and more.ย
Mental Health is Wealth: The "For You" section let's you choose what emotion you are feeling and learn more about it and tips to help you. The "For a Friend" section let's you learn about how you can help someone who is struggling and open a conversation with them.
Love Is Respect: Discusses many topics about relationships such as healthy/unhealthy relationships, boundaries, break ups, consent, and more.ย
Anna Freud - Self-Care: This link talks about what self-care is and some techniques you can use.
Title IX and CA Ed. Code (Sexual Harrassment)
We want to make sure you feel safe at school and know your rights if you are a victim of sexual harassment. Please look at this poster to understand what to do if anything like this ever happens. Remember, you can always talk to an adult at school to make an report.
