This group aims to provide a space for queer, transgender, gender nonconforming, and questioning youth in our school. The groups addresses topics such as identity, relationships, and sexual health. This group helps build community among peers.

This is a mentoring program for 6th graders to help in their transition from elementary school to middle school. Students learn new skills, are given resources, and build relationships that will help them be successful throughout their time in middle school.
RMS Wellness Center hosts a leadership program to support students who have experienced stessful events. Students who have experiences stressful life events may struggle with traumatic stress. Stress can affect the way we think, act, and feel, and can also affect student performance in school. This group uses cognitive behavioral interventions for trauma to teach students new skills. It has shown to have a positive results and help students decrease stress symptoms.
This group creates a safe space where students can come together to share their experiences and emotions related to grief and loss. This group is help provide our students with structure, support, and guidance. The group activities may include art therapy, storytelling, and discussions to help the student process their grief and build resilience. This is a great opportunity for students to connect with others who are going through similar experiences and find comfort in knowing they're not alone.
