Please peruse the linked document with multiple resources for financial aid and support.
Financial Aid is any money given to a student for the purpose of meeting educational expenses. To the extent they are able, parents have the primary responsibility to contribute to their dependent child's education. Students also have a responsibility to contribute as they are the primary beneficiary of the education. Financial Aid is designated to supplement the family's resources, not supplant them. It is there to bridge the gap between the cost of a college education and what the family can afford.
Most colleges rely on the FAFSA or CADAA as their primary financial aid application, but some colleges (usually private and some out of state public) may also request completion of the College Scholarship Service (CSS) profile to determine their institutional scholarships.
Last year, in an effort to simplify the process of applying for financial aid, and increasing access, the 'new' FAFSA has undergone a transformation and will now include only 36 questions. In a regular academic cycle the FAFSA and CADAA it is typically available by October 1st but the past two years it was available in December. Stay Tuned for the fall of 2025.
We will be hosting an information session and application support as soon as the release date is announced, and are available to help our school families complete financial aid forms.
