The Podcasting for the People project had students critically analyze the world around them. Students discuss the effects social media has on academic growth, beauty standards and dig into ethnic studies in schools.
Students choose an adult close to them (not necessarily related) and interview them about their life. Students may do an audio or written version, but in both cases they require approval from their interviewee on the finished product. Students have to connect the person's story to concepts they've learned in class.
