Please complete the volunteer registration form if you’re interested in helping at SFHT Balvihar in any capacity - whether as an adult teacher, student volunteer, or general support volunteer (administrative, meditation, technical, etc.).
All volunteers, including returning teachers and volunteers, must submit this form each year as part of the registration process.
We aim to finalize the class volunteer roster by the end of August for the upcoming school year.
While we will do our best to honor your first preference for roles or assignments, we cannot guarantee all requests. If we have any questions or need to make changes, we will reach out to you directly.

We’ll be sharing detailed teacher guidelines and offering more information closer to the start of the school year. In the meantime, here are a few general expectations to be aware of when signing up:
Each class (Dharma & Language) is typically assigned one primary and one secondary teacher, with an optional backup if needed.
New teachers will generally start in a secondary teaching role, unless otherwise discussed.
Teachers are expected to attend every Sunday and arrive on time to ensure consistency for students.
If you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you:
Coordinate coverage with your co-teacher(s), and
Inform SFHT Education admin team as early as possible so we can support the transition.
Teachers are encouraged to collaborate, share ideas, and plan ahead to create a smooth and engaging classroom experience.
