PK4 Team My twins and I for Crimson and Gold Day!
Mrs. Linda and I for our annual PK4 Tea Party that happens in April!
HELLO my name is Ms. Natalie Guiberteau Kidder! I am very excited and blessed to be your childs Prek4 teacher this school year. This will be my 9th year at St. Edward School and 11th year of teaching. I was born and raised here in New Iberia and graduated from Catholic High School in 2005. I then went on to graduate from ULL in 2011. I have over 20 years of experience in childcare and I have a strong dedication to teaching little ones about the love of Jesus along with their ABC's. I love being in the classroom and truly believe that teaching young children is my vocation in life. My Catholic education has shaped and molded me in to the person I am today. My strong faith is what guides and leads me in all areas of my life, including teaching and motherhood. St. Edward School is SUCH a special place for your children to receive their Catholic Education. I am a parent myself to boy/girl twins who were Pandas but now will be in 4th grade this year at CHS. I truly believe that this school is more like a family or a second home for your children! My hobbies include yearly vacations with my family to the beach or mountains, dancing, listening to music or a good podcast, watching old movies, taking a nice nap, cooking and eating, and most of all my family! Family is everything to me and I call my newest and oldest PK4 pandas FAMILY as well. So, with that being said, Welcome to the Family. We are in this together and I will do my best to make sure that your children are safe, loved, and taken care of here at St. Edward School!
Our wonderful PK4 classroom assistant is Ms. Linda Rogers. This is her 4th year at St. Edward School and she is truly a blessing to have in our class! She has over 50 years of experience in childcare, and has received 98 hours of training in Early Childhood Education from USL, Loyola in New Orleans, and Career Academy in Houston. She also helps with PK3/4 aftercare in the afternoons in my classroom. She has owned and operated her own daycare for over 30 years in Jeanerette La called "LaMasion de Petits". Mrs. Linda is very compassionate about the children and is so kind, helpful, thoughtful, and AMAZING. Her Catholic faith shines bright as she herself has a catholic education from St. Joseph in Jeanerette La. She has 2 children who recieved a Catholic Education and 4 grand children. She has one granddaughter who was a former Panda and now will be in 4th grade at CHS and a grandson here going to 2nd grade! Her hobbies include gardening, reading, volunteering, and spending time with family! We are so happy to have her! She as well truly believes in Catholic Education!
