6th to 7th Grade Transition
At the start of each year at SEMS, all of our staff are so excited to meet our new 7th grade students! The transition to Middle School from Intermediate School can be a challenge but we are here to support and guide every student along the way. Please explore the resources and information below or reach out to your counselor for help.
In May (date TBD) 6th grade students begin transition activities. Students will take a tour, meet teachers, have a question and answer period with student leaders of clubs and activities, and eat lunch in the cafeteria. This visit is a fun-filled day for the students helping to make their transition to SEMS a smooth one!
