Daily Lesson Plan

The time spent in each section will change depending on the lesson. Make sure you look at the equipment needed for each activity. If you do not have equipment at home, there will be ways for you to create equipment.

Physical Education class will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 30 minutes. On Tuesday and Thursday you will have what is called "Unstructured PE." This will be the time where you choose what you want to do.

It is up to you to reach the recommended 60 minutes a day of physical activity. The best way to be active when you are busy is by splitting up your time, for example: 4 (15 minutes), 3 (20 minutes), 2 (30 minutes), or 1 (60 minutes).
