Click this CampSite Link. Login with an existing account or click on ‘CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT’ and input parent/guardian and participant information
Click on ‘CONTINUE TO ENROLLMENT OPTIONS’
Select ‘Outdoor School’ from the dropdown menu, then ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’
Find your school’s camp session (Cherry Chase May 18) and click on ‘+ ADD OPTION’ then ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’ at the bottom
For step 3, just click ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’ again to move to step 4
Click on each required form to fill out, sign and submit, then ‘SAVE & CONTINUE’
Type your final signature and click ‘SUBMIT ENROLLEMENT REQUEST’
Check your email for a confirmation of enrollment.

Print and fill out the necessary forms. They will need to be signed by your child's doctor!
Medication form (Spanish) (this is needed for ALL medications, even over the counter)
Email your child's teacher to let them know about the conditions or medications you are filling out paperwork for. This helps us plan ahead to keep your child safe and healthy!
Package your child's medication and forms as the video describes (gallon bag, school name, teacher name) - DO NOT PACK THIS IS YOUR CHILD'S LUGGAGE
Send your child to school with the form and medication on departure day - May 18! Make sure they know to give their forms and medication to their teacher first thing in the morning!
Fill out this Merchandise Form (English)
Return the form and payment to your classroom teacher by March 25th.
Store orders will be picked up by your teacher at or before camp.
