On May 19th, students should arrive at school at the normal time (8:00 am – bringing all their items with them). Luggage can be dropped off outside of room 16. Remember, it's the 5th grader's responsibility to be able to carry their own luggage! There will be a large area on the blacktop, labeled with chalk, indicating where luggage should be.

Students should wear long pants on Monday, as they will not have access to their luggage until after their first hike. We will leave around 8:45 am on Monday.

Walden West does not provide lunch on Monday, so students will need to bring lunch with them. The lunch should be packaged in reusable containers (zero waste). Students should keep their lunch with them so that they will have access to them. Please label your student's lunch with their name.

If you filled out a medication form, medication needs to be brought to school on May 19th in a one gallon sized bag with your child’s name, teacher name, and Cherry Chase Elementary School listed on the front. Please remember that the medication must be in its original packaging and should not be expired.

We will return on May 23th. We will arrive back from camp around 11:30 am. The office will communicate with you via school messenger about the specific time that morning.
