Students: if you feel you're experiencing a crisis or trauma with addiction, abuse, housing, shelter, or any event that threatens your safety, well-being and healthy growth and development, there's support and resources for you at Redwood and in the community.
Acknowledge Alliance provides counseling for Redwood students: sessions are once a week for 35 minutes and are confidential with the exception of mandated reporting laws. Counselors, therapists and/or administration is available daily as needs arise to assess, refer and support students toward recovery and wellness.
Within the community, StarVista is a local, non-profit organization with a comprehensive program of prevention, recovery and wellness related to youth and families.
Edgewood Center Drop-in Center provides young adults (ages 18-25) with a variety of resources, including but not limited to: evening meals, toiletries, school supplies, job and career fairs, movie night, art therapy, and more.
