These Terms explain how you are allowed to use GamerMaster.
By using GamerMaster, you agree to follow all of these rules.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

When you use GamerMaster, you are agreeing to these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time without notice.
If you keep using GamerMaster after changes are made, it means you accept the new Terms.
3. Who Can Use GamerMaster
You must be at least 12 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country).
You must give accurate information when signing up.
4. How You Must Behave
You must use GamerMaster respectfully.
Do NOT:
Bully or harass others
Scam or trick people
Do anything illegal
5. Ownership (Important)
Everything in GamerMaster belongs to GamerMaster (or is licensed to us), including:
Games
Logos
Designs
Software
You can only use these for personal use, not for business or making money.
6. Purchases and Virtual Items
All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless we clearly say otherwise.
Virtual items:
Have no real-world value
Cannot be sold or traded for real money
7. Service Problems and Responsibility
We try to keep GamerMaster working well, but we cannot promise it will always work perfectly.
We are not responsible for:
Service outages
Lost data
Any damages from using or not being able to use GamerMaster
8. If You Break the Rules
If your actions cause damage or problems, you agree to take responsibility and cover any costs.
9. Account Suspension or Ban
We can suspend or permanently ban your account at any time without notice if you break the rules or act in a harmful way.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will follow the laws where GamerMaster is registered, and disputes will be handled there.

11. Disputes (Arbitration)
Disputes may be handled through arbitration.
You agree not to join class-action lawsuits.

We may remove content or take action if rules are broken.
14. Copyright
If someone uses your work without permission, you can report it to us.

If you upload or submit content, GamerMaster is allowed to use it as part of its services.
18. Reporting Problems
If you see someone breaking the rules, report it.
We will review and take action.
19. Account Security
You must keep your account safe.
We are not responsible if someone else accesses your account.
20. Full Agreement
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and GamerMaster.
Changes must be written and approved by GamerMaster.

Logos
Designs
Content
Examples include:

Cash King
Speed Slayer

You MAY:
Translate game names for fun or learning
Use them privately or in small conversations
BUT:
Not for business
Not publicly shared without permission

You MUST get permission before:
Using translated names in public or official materials
Posting them on websites, signs, or events
Creating games, apps, or logos based on them
⚠️ Breaking These Rules
If you break these rules, we may:
Remove your content
Suspend your account
Take legal action (in serious cases)
