6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency: You can buy things in the service, but these purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual items can’t be sold or transferred for real money.

7. Liability and Warranties: GamerMaster doesn’t guarantee that their services will always work. They’re not responsible for any damages from using or not being able to use their services.

8. Indemnification: If you break the rules, you agree to cover any costs or damages GamerMaster may face because of your actions.

9. Account Suspension or Termination: GamerMaster can suspend or terminate your account if you break the rules or engage in harmful actions, with no prior notice.

10. Governing Law: These rules are governed by the laws where GamerMaster is registered, and any legal disputes will be handled in their local courts. However this is not actually a part of this terms of service and will be added until 2030 as determined.

11. Arbitration: Any legal dispute will be resolved by arbitration, meaning you can’t be part of a class-action lawsuit.

12. Privacy and Data: By using the services, you agree to how GamerMaster collects and handles your personal data as explained in their Privacy Policy.

13. Community Guidelines: Follow the community rules when interacting with others. GamerMaster can remove content or moderate behavior if it violates these guidelines.

14. Copyrights and DMCA: If your copyrighted work is used without permission, you can file a notice with GamerMaster to have it removed. And this is not the part of this terms of service, and it is the part of our policies instead. But copyrights will start once our brand is registered and official.

15. Third-Party Links: GamerMaster’s services may link to third-party websites. They’re not responsible for what happens on those sites.

16. Software Updates and Maintenance: GamerMaster can update or maintain the services whenever needed, which might cause temporary interruptions.

17. User-Generated Content: If you submit content to GamerMaster, they can use it in connection with their services.

18. Reporting Violations: If you see someone violating the rules, report it to GamerMaster, and they’ll investigate and take action.

19. Account Security: You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe. If someone gets into your account, GamerMaster is not liable.

28. Promotions: Marketing offers have their own rules and expiration dates. GamerMaster can change or cancel offers at any time.

29. Non-Commercial Use: The services are for personal use only. You can’t sell or use parts of the services for business.
