GamerMaster Certified Renewal Program – Refurbishment Return Policy

At GamerMaster, we want every product to meet our high quality standards.
This policy explains how damaged products can be returned, repaired, and resold through our Certified Renewal Program.

1. Who Can Return a Product (Eligibility)

You can only return a product if it has a serious functional problem.

• ✅ Allowed:

  • Products that do not work properly

  • Major defects affecting performance

• ❌ Not allowed:

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic damage

  • Small visual imperfections

Eligible products include:

• Cyberpen Ultra

• Cyberpen Ultra Edge

• Purchased through official GamerMaster channels only

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

1. Contact the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster

2. Clearly explain the problem with your product

3. Wait for approval

If approved:

• You will receive instructions on how to safely ship the product back

3. Inspection and Repair Process

Once we receive your product:

• It will be checked by certified technicians

• We will carefully inspect its condition

After inspection, we will either:

1. Repair the product so it meets full GamerMaster standards
   OR

2. Replace it with a certified equivalent if it cannot be repaired

4. Refurbishment and Certification

After repair or replacement:

• The product becomes part of the GamerMaster Certified Renewal Program

• It will receive a certification label confirming:

  • It has been inspected

  • It has been restored to quality standards

Refurbished products:

• Are sold at a lower price

• Still maintain high performance and reliability

5. Warranty Coverage

Refurbished products come with strong warranty protection:

Cyberpen Ultra

• 3-year standard warranty

• TotalCare extended warranty: up to 8–10 years

Cyberpen Ultra Edge

• 5-year standard warranty

• TotalCare extended warranty: up to 10–15 years

✔ Warranty quality is the same as new products
✔ Designed for long-term, reliable use

6. Important Rules

• GamerMaster may deny returns that do not meet the eligibility rules

• Refurbished products:

  • Cannot be returned again under this program for cosmetic issues

• This program ensures all refurbished products meet GamerMaster’s high standards
