Return Policy

At GamerMaster, we are committed to ensuring that every

product you receive meets our premium quality standards. Our

Refurbishment Return Policy explains how damaged products

can be returned, restored, and sold as part of our Certified

Renewal Program.

1. Eligibility for Return

• Only products with serious functional issues are eligible for

refurbishment.

• Products with minor cosmetic issues cannot be returned for

resale.

• Eligible products include all Cyberpen Ultra and Cyberpen Ultra

Edge models purchased from authorized GamerMaster

channels.

2. How to Request a Return

• Contact the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster to initiate the

return process.

• Provide details about the damage or issue to confirm eligibility.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to safely

ship your product back to GamerMaster.

3. Professional Inspection & Restoration

• All returned products undergo a thorough professional

inspection by our certified technicians.

• Depending on the condition, the product will either be:

1. Repaired to meet full GamerMaster quality standards.

2. Replaced with a certified equivalent if restoration is not feasible

4. Refurbishment & Certification

• Restored products are integrated into the GamerMaster Certified

Renewal Program.

• Each refurbished product receives a certification label

confirming it has been professionally inspected and restored.

• Refurbished products are sold at a discounted price while

maintaining premium performance and reliability.

5. Warranty

• Refurbished Cyberpen Ultra: 3 years standard warranty +

TotalCare extended warranty up to 8–10 years.

• Refurbished Cyberpen Ultra Edge: 5 years standard warranty +

TotalCare extended warranty up to 10–15 years.

• Warranty coverage is identical in quality assurance to our new

products, ensuring reliable long-term use.

6. Important Notes

• GamerMaster reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet

eligibility requirements.

• Refurbished products are professionally restored and cannot be

returned again under the same program for cosmetic issues.

• This policy ensures that all Certified Renewal products meet the

same high standards that GamerMaster customers expect.
