1. Product Coverage

GamerMaster TotalCare provides extended coverage for all GamerMaster products.

2. Coverage Support Details

GamerMaster TotalCare includes comprehensive protection. For the Cyberpen Ultra series, coverage includes:

Accidental damage

Weakened body or wear and tear

InfinityShield tip protector replacement

Accessories coverage

Tip replacements (for styluses)

And more (automatically added by GamerMaster as new needs arise)

3. Terms and Conditions

When purchasing a product with GamerMaster TotalCare, your warranty is extended:

From a 5-year limited warranty to 10–15 years for the Cyberpen Ultra

From a 7-year limited warranty to 15–20 years for the Cyberpen Ultra Edge

TotalCare must be requested before or at the time of product purchase.

GamerMaster offers TotalCare completely free of charge.

You must agree to the GamerMaster TotalCare Terms and the GamerMaster Terms of Service to activate this premium service.

Users with a GamerMaster suspension are not eligible for TotalCare.

No subscriptions, no fees, and no service charges—TotalCare is 100% included once approved.

All service requests must be sent to the GamerMaster Headquarters.

Priority customer support, troubleshooting, and expert assistance are included.

TotalCare coverage lasts until you sell or transfer ownership of the product.

4. Unauthorized Repair Policy

GamerMaster strictly prohibits unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modification of any product covered under TotalCare.

⚠️ Violating this policy will result in:

Immediate termination of TotalCare coverage

Warranty void for the affected product

Loss of support eligibility

Possible impact on user’s standing in GamerMaster’s trust and service system

This includes:

Opening or tampering with internal components (e.g. the Cyberpen Ultra’s hollow paper roll frame)

Replacing parts without official approval

Using third-party or unauthorized repair technicians

5. Product Repair Process

To request a repair:

Contact GamerMaster Support with your issue.

Ship the product to GamerMaster HQ (as directed by support).

Once received, GamerMaster will inspect the product to determine if repair or full replacement is necessary.

After service is complete, your product will be returned promptly.
