GamerMaster services, and potential penalties (reimbursement of stolen

• 19B: Attempting to Smuggle GamerMaster-Owned Items Out of
HQ Without Permission
• Consequences: Immediate removal from premises, full security

Section 21: Vandalism & Property Damage at GamerMaster Headquarters
• 21A: Deliberately Damaging GamerMaster Property
(Destruction of Office Equipment, Graffiti, Sabotage, etc.)
• Consequences: financial compensation for damages, service
suspensions (months to years), and legal action.
• 21B: Attempting to Destroy or Delete GamerMaster Data, Files,
or Digital Assets
• Consequences: Severe legal consequences, immediate service
termination, and permanent ban from all GamerMaster services.
Section 22: Cybersecurity & Digital Safety Violations

for Fraudulent Purposes

• 23A: Threatening or Harassing GamerMaster Employees in
Person or Online

Physical or Digital Disturbances)

Furniture (Desks, Chairs, TVs, etc.)

• 25B: Attempting to Deface GamerMaster’s Logo, Branding, or
Signage
• Consequences: Legal action, service bans, full reimbursement for
repair costs.
• 25C: Pouring Liquids, Chemicals, or Other Hazardous Materials
on GamerMaster Equipment
• Consequences: Immediate financial penalties, permanent ban
from GamerMaster services, potential legal action.
Section 26: Reckless & Careless Handling of GamerMaster Property
• 26A: Carelessly Dropping, Tossing, or Mishandling Expensive
GamerMaster Equipment
• Consequences: Warnings for minor incidents, escalating to full
replacement costs and suspensions for repeated damage.
• 26B: Failing to Return Borrowed GamerMaster Equipment
(Demo Devices, Test Kits, Prototypes, etc.)
• Consequences: Immediate account restrictions, potential legal
action, full financial reimbursement required.
• 26C: Disrupting GamerMaster’s Workplace with Hazardous
Behavior (Roughhousing, Throwing Items, Etc.)
• Consequences: Warnings for minor cases, escalating to security
bans or removal from premises for severe disruptions.
Section 27: Digital Property Damage & Software Sabotage
• 27A: Attempting to Delete, Corrupt, or Tamper With
GamerMaster Files & Software
• Consequences: Severe legal action, full service bans,
cybersecurity enforcement, and financial penalties.
• 27B: Installing Unauthorized Software or Malware on
GamerMaster Devices
• Consequences: Permanent ban, criminal investigation, and
potential hacking-related charges.
• 27C: Deleting or Manipulating GamerMaster Customer or
Employee Data
• Consequences: Severe legal action, full account termination, and
corporate investigation.
Section 28: Physical or Verbal Attacks on the CEO & Founder of
GamerMaster
28A: Physical Assault or Threats Against the CEO & Founder
• Description: Any form of direct physical violence, assault, or
threat toward the CEO & Founder, including pushing, hitting, throwing
objects, or using weapons.
• Consequences:
1. Temporary suspension from GamerMaster Services (1 month to
2 years), depending on the severity of the attack.
2. Permanent suspension (3 to 6 months, or up to 1 year) if the
attack is brutal, causes serious harm, or is deemed highly dangerous.
3. Legal action and possible criminal charges and immediate
permanent ban if the attack results in injury or severe endangerment.
28B: Harassment, Cyberbullying, or Publicly Defaming the CEO & Founder
• Description: Engaging in cyberbullying, harassment, or
spreading false claims to damage the reputation of the CEO & Founder.
• Consequences:
1. Temporary account restrictions (1 week to 1 year) for minor
offenses.
2. Full suspension (3 months to permanent) if harassment is
prolonged, harmful, or includes serious false accusations.
3. Legal consequences if defamatory claims result in financial or
reputational damage to GamerMaster Corporation.
28C: Stalking, Intrusion, or Violating the CEO’s Privacy
• Description: Attempting to invade the CEO’s personal space,
including unauthorized visits, hacking attempts, or following them without
consent.
• Consequences:
1. Immediate suspension (3 months to 2 years) for first-time
offenses.
2. Permanent ban from all GamerMaster events and services for
extreme cases.
3. Legal prosecution for trespassing or privacy violations.
Section 29: shoving a GamerMaster CEO or someone that works for
GamerMaster
29A: Shoving or pushing the CEO/Founder of GamerMaster
Consequences:
Tiered Consequences Based on Severity:
1. Mild Shove or Push (non-aggressive):
• Suspension Duration: 1 week
• Note: First-time offense may include a formal warning
depending on context.
2. Moderate Shove (repeat or forceful):
• Suspension Duration: 2–4 weeks
• Consequence: Temporary support limitation.
3. Aggressive or Harsh Push:
• Suspension Duration: 5–6 weeks
• Consequence: Possible probation after suspension.
4. Severe Physical Aggression (e.g., shoving down stairs, causing a
fall or injury like minor to severe concussion):
• Consequence: Immediate permanent ban from all GamerMaster
services.
• Additional Penalties:
• Support and service delays for up to 1 to 1.5 years.
• Security review and investigation.
• Public warning or internal community notice depending on
severity.
Section 30: illegal camera recording and illegal commercial use.
Section 30A : No recording at front of the CEO and Founder of
GamerMaster without legal permission only if ( been recorded on scene or
camera)

Section 31: Partnership policy, breach of unfair competition violations and
breach of trustworthiness violations
31A: competing with GamerMaster unfairly (breach of unfair competition)
Consequences: affected relationships, partnership termination (only if too
brutal or way far beyond of GamerMaster’s limits) and potential temporary
suspension for 5 to 7 days
31B: making false reports or promises (breach of trustworthiness)
Consequences: affected trust, temporary suspension up to 5 to 2 weeks
(depending on the severity of the situation or offence)
GamerMaster Suspension Types
1. Temporary Suspension (Used for Minor to Moderate Violations)
• Description: Temporary suspensions apply to less severe
violations and act as a warning period. The duration depends on the severity
of the offense.
• Duration: Ranges from 5 days to 5 months.
• Examples of Violations:
• Minor harassment or first-time bullying.
• Low-level cheating in GamerMaster games.
• Disruptive behavior in the GamerMaster community.
• Property damage that is accidental or minor.
• Unauthorized account sharing for the first time.

2. Permanent Suspension (Used for Severe or Brutal Violations)
• Description: Permanent suspensions apply to serious violations
that cause significant harm to GamerMaster, its community, or its
leadership. Some permanent suspensions may last 6 months to several years,
or result in a complete lifetime ban.
• Duration: Ranges from 6 months to a lifetime ban.
• Examples of Violations:
• Severe or repeated harassment against the CEO, staff, or
community members.
• Hacking, exploiting, or cyber-attacks on GamerMaster services.
• Severe cheating that affects official GamerMaster events or
competitions.
• Theft or destruction of GamerMaster property (such as laptops,
tablets, or headquarters assets).
• Serious physical attacks or threats against the CEO & Founder.
• Fraud, scams, or financial abuse related to GamerMaster
services.
• Severe intellectual property infringement (stealing
GamerMaster’s work, branding, or technology).
