GamerMaster Penalty & Punishment Code (GPPC)
Section 1 — User & Staff Protection
1A – No Bullying or Harassment
Suspension: 1 week to 6 months.
1B – No Discrimination
Suspension: 3 weeks to 5 months. Severe cases may result in partnership
termination.
Section 2 — AI & Services Misuse
2A – Misusing GamerMaster AI
Minor misuse: warning. Repeated or severe: temporary ban (weeks to years)
or permanent suspension.
2B – Misusing GamerMaster Services
Service restrictions or account suspension (6 months to permanent) for
repeated violations.
Section 3 — Terms of Service & Piracy
3A – Violating Terms of Service
First minor offense: warning. Serious breaches: temporary ban (weeks to
months) or permanent termination.
3B – Piracy or Unauthorized Distribution
Permanent ban and possible legal action.
Section 4 — Fair Play & Ethics
4A – Cheating in GamerMaster Events
Disqualification, temporary ban (weeks to years), or permanent ban.
4B – Fraud (Scamming, Fake Purchases, etc.)
Immediate suspension (months to permanent) and possible legal

11B – Spreading False Information About GamerMaster

12A – Unauthorized Advertising or Spam
First offense: warning. Repeated: suspension (weeks to permanent).
12B – Fake Promotions Using GamerMaster’s Name
Immediate suspension (6 months to permanent) and possible legal action.
Section 13 — HyperSearch & AI Feature Misuse
13A – Misusing HyperSearch (Spam, Abuse, etc.)
Search feature restricted (days to months). Full ban for repeat offenders.
13B – Abusing AI Tools
Temporary restrictions (weeks to months), escalating to full suspension if
repeated.
Section 14 — Marketplace & Payments
14A – Unauthorized Chargebacks or Payment Fraud
Immediate suspension (months to permanent) and possible legal action.
14B – Selling or Trading GamerMaster Accounts or Items Without
Permission
Permanent ban and revocation of all traded items.
Section 15 — Events & Competitions
15A – Disrupting GamerMaster Events
Event ban (weeks to permanent) and possible additional penalties.
15B – Using Hacks, Exploits, or Unauthorized Mods in Competitive Play
Immediate disqualification and suspension (months to permanent).

Minor cases: warning. Commercial misuse: legal action.
16B – Uploading Copyrighted Content Without Permission
Content removed. Suspension (weeks to months) or permanent ban for

Legal action and full service ban.
Section 18 — Ethical Conduct

Legal action, permanent ban, and reimbursement of stolen items.
19B – Attempting to Smuggle GamerMaster Property Out of HQ
Immediate removal, full security investigation, and suspension (months to
permanent).
19C – Unauthorized Possession of Confidential GamerMaster Information
Severe legal action, permanent suspension, and possible criminal charges.
Section 20 — Physical Security at GamerMaster Offices
20A – Unauthorized Entry Into Restricted Areas
Immediate removal, 1-month suspension, and possible legal action.
20B – Tampering With Security Systems
Immediate service ban, permanent blacklist from GamerMaster locations, and
legal consequences.
20C – Assisting Unauthorized Entry or Theft
Same penalties as direct offenders — suspension, legal action, and security
bans.
Section 21 — Vandalism & Property Damage at HQ
21A – Deliberately Damaging GamerMaster Property
Financial compensation, suspension (months to 2 years), and legal action.
21B – Destroying or Deleting GamerMaster Data or Digital Assets
Severe legal consequences, immediate service termination, and permanent
ban.
Section 22 — Cybersecurity Violations
22A – Hacking GamerMaster Systems or Servers
Permanent service ban, legal prosecution, and cybersecurity investigation.
22B – Leaking GamerMaster Confidential Information
Severe legal action, immediate account termination, and permanent ban.
22C – Phishing or Impersonating GamerMaster Staff for Fraud
Immediate permanent ban, legal action, and full security enforcement.
Section 23 — Workplace Conduct & Employee Safety
23A – Threatening or Harassing GamerMaster Employees
Suspension (months to permanent), legal action, and possible criminal
charges.
23B – Disrupting GamerMaster Work Environments
Minor cases: warning. Severe: legal action and permanent ban.
23C – Bribing or Manipulating GamerMaster Employees
Legal action, full service ban, and corporate investigation.
Section 24 — Major & Minor Property Damage at HQ
24A – Destroying GamerMaster Electronics
Full financial compensation, immediate suspension (months to permanent),
and possible legal prosecution.
24B – Breaking Office Furniture
Fines covering replacement costs, service bans (weeks to years), and legal
action for severe cases.
24C – Destroying Event or Marketing Materials
Compensation required, suspension (weeks to months), or permanent ban for
repeat offenders.
Section 25 — Vandalism & Graffiti
25A – Spray-Painting or Defacing GamerMaster Property
Immediate fine, mandatory cleanup, and service ban (6 months to 1 year).
25B – Defacing GamerMaster Logos or Signage
Legal action, service ban, and full reimbursement for repairs.
25C – Pouring Hazardous Materials on GamerMaster Equipment
Immediate financial penalties, permanent ban, and possible legal action.
Section 26 — Careless Handling of GamerMaster Property
26A – Mishandling Expensive Equipment
Minor incident: warning. Repeated damage: full replacement costs and
suspension.
26B – Failing to Return Borrowed GamerMaster Equipment
Immediate account restrictions, legal action, and full financial
reimbursement.
26C – Hazardous Workplace Behavior (Roughhousing, Throwing Items, etc.)
Minor cases: warning. Severe: security ban or removal from premises.
Section 27 — Digital Property & Software Sabotage
27A – Tampering With GamerMaster Files or Software
Severe legal action, full service ban, cybersecurity enforcement, and financial
penalties.
27B – Installing Malware on GamerMaster Devices
Permanent ban, criminal investigation, and hacking-related charges.
27C – Deleting or Manipulating Customer or Employee Data
Severe legal action, full account termination, and corporate investigation.
Section 28 — Harassment, Threats & Personal Safety
28A – Physical Violence or Credible Threats
Immediate suspension (1 month to permanent). Severe cases: permanent ban,
mandatory investigation, and possible report to authorities.
28B – Harassment, Cyberbullying, or Defamation
First offense: warning and education. Repeated: suspension (2 weeks to 3
months). Severe or coordinated: permanent ban.
28C – Privacy Violations or Stalking
Immediate suspension (2 weeks to 6 months). Severe or repeated: permanent
ban and possible legal action.
Section 29 — Physical Misconduct & Aggressive Behavior
29A – Minor Physical Contact (Non-Harmful)
Warning or short suspension (up to 1 week). Escalates if repeated.
29B – Aggressive Physical Behavior
Suspension (2 to 4 weeks) and possible probation or access restrictions.
29C – Severe Physical Aggression (Injury or Serious Risk)
Immediate long-term suspension (3 months to permanent), full investigation,
and possible legal action.
Section 30 — Recording, Privacy & Commercial Use
30A – Unauthorized Recording
First offense: warning and content deletion. Second offense: suspension (1 to
3 weeks). Severe or repeated: permanent ban.
30B – Unauthorized Commercial Use of GamerMaster Content
Immediate content removal. Suspension (2 weeks to 6 months). Large-scale
misuse: permanent ban and possible legal action.
Section 31 — Partnership Violations
31A – Unfair Competition
Partnership review and possible termination for severe or intentional
violations. Temporary suspension up to 5 days.
31B – Breach of Trustworthiness
Trust impact warning. Suspension up to 3 weeks depending on severity.
Suspension Types
Temporary Suspension applies to minor or moderate violations and lasts from
5 days to 2 months. Examples include first-time harassment, minor cheating,
disruptive behavior, or accidental property damage.
Permanent Suspension applies to severe or repeated violations and ranges
from 6 months to a lifetime ban. Examples include severe harassment,
hacking, fraud, theft, serious physical threats, and IP theft.
Penalty Scale by Age
Adults (18 and older)
• Minor violation: 1 week to 3 months
• Moderate violation: 3 months to 1 year
• Severe violation: 2 years or permanent
• Extreme violation: permanent ban
Minors (ages 11 to 17)
• Minor violation: 3 days to 1 month
• Moderate violation: 1 month to 6 months
• Severe violation: up to 10 months
• Extreme violation (very rare): case-by-case, up to 1 year — heavily
reviewed before applied
Account & Identity Security
• Do not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your
account.
• Accessing another person’s account without permission is strictly
prohibited.
• Impersonating any user, staff member, or affiliate is prohibited.
• Misusing a GamerMaster ID card — stealing, copying, or using
someone else’s — is prohibited.
Consequences follow the standard scale: minor or first offense results in a
warning or short restriction, serious violations result in suspension, and
severe violations result in a permanent ban.
Warning System
Stage 1 — First-Time or Unaware Users
You’ll receive a clear explanation of the rule that was broken, an introduction
to GamerMaster’s values, and guidance on how to stay in compliance. No
harsh penalty at this stage.
Stage 2 — Second Violation
A short restriction or light suspension applies. You’ll be reminded that further
violations lead to stronger penalties.
Stage 3 — Repeated or Severe Violations
Standard penalties apply with no further leniency once a user has already
been educated.
HQ Additional Policies
1. Service Freedom
Users may freely use any services they choose, including Google, Microsoft,
Apple, and GamerMaster.
2. Speech and Language
Users under 11 have zero tolerance for swearing. Some mild words may be
situationally allowed, but extreme vulgar language is strictly prohibited.
Users 13 and older have more freedom, but slurs and extreme language
(including F, C, D, and N words) are completely prohibited due to the serious
disrespect they cause.
3. Food and Beverages
All snacks, food, and beverages are free of charge. Alcohol is not sold or
permitted on premises due to Nova Scotia law and health concerns regarding
underage visitors.
4. Accessing GamerMaster Services
Scan the QR codes on the printed sheets posted near the shelves to access
GamerMaster services and games. Any browser may be used. Misuse may
result in a suspension of up to 1 week or longer depending on severity.
5. WiFi — GamerMaster Network Services (GNS)
GamerMaster operates 4G and 5G networks via Amazon extenders. The WiFi
password is not publicly posted. Contact Caden Hatfield or Caden’s parents
to connect.
Quick Rules Summary
• Respect everyone — no bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

These rules apply to anyone interacting with GamerMaster, its services,
events, or representatives — even without an account.
NEW APPLIED SECURITY AND PROTECTION POLICY : In accordance with our new security and protection policies, GamerMaster products are exclusively available for purchase at non-authorized locations or directly at the GamerMaster Headquarters.
Authorized locations may include Schools, Restaurants, Hospitals, Universities, etc.
