Graduates will be responsible for ALL information presented.

COVID Guidelines

Guidelines are subject to change and will be provided closer to the ceremony date. We will continually monitor the guidelines from the governor, the City of Chesapeake, the CDC, the Virginia Department of Health, and Sentara as they relate to COVID.

Facebook Live

All ceremonies will be streamed live on our Facebook page. Head over to www.facebook.com/sentaracollege to watch! Due to recent updates from Facebook, an account is required in order to view.

Graduates' Entrance

For all ceremonies, graduates are to enter the conference center using the doors on the far right side (there will be signage). 

Family and Friends' Entrance

Family and friends are to use the center doors to enter the conference center at the rotunda. Absolutely NO family/friends will be permitted to come into the graduates' area prior to the ceremonies.

Personal Belongings

There are no secure areas for personal belongings/valuables in the center. Please leave these items at home or locked out of sight in your vehicle.

NO BALLOONS, SIGNS, STROLLERS, OR CAR SEATS PERMITTED

Due to visual obstruction, balloons and signs are NOT permitted inside the center. Please inform family and friends to either keep balloons and signs in their cars or at home as they will not be allowed to enter with them. Additionally, because of fire code regulations, strollers and car seats are not permitted in the center.
