We love doing our research while listening to Panamanian radio!

Panamanian People

Animals and Plants of Panama

Molas

How did we do that?? First, we found the outline of a Panamanian animal and cut it out. Then, we cut out two versions of the animal, one slightly smaller than the other. Next, we filled up the empty space with different geometric shapes.

Saralai- margay

Macey- ocelot

Thorson- capuchin

Jade- cow

Max- eagle

Reid- capuchin

Nova- sea turtle

Mrs. Kinder- tree frog

Rain Sticks

inspired by the rain forest

First we poked SO many holes and filled them with toothpicks.

Then we glued and cut the toothpicks down to little nubs.

Then we decorated with paint, washi tape and jewels. We glued felt on the ends and filled with rice to make the peaceful sounds of gentle rain.
